1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lunari Wild website at lunariwild.com and your purchase of our products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Fulfilment

All Lunari Wild products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Each item is individually printed and produced only after you place your order. Because products are personalised and created specifically for you, certain policies around returns and cancellations apply (see Sections 4 and 5).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include the cost of printing.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Order Cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand, cancellations depend on the production status of your order:

• Before printing begins — you may cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lunariwild.com.
• Once printing has started — cancellation is still possible, but only the shipping cost can be refunded as the product is already being produced.
• After dispatch — the order can no longer be cancelled.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. We do not provide a return address.

However, we stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details on our quality guarantee.

6. Shipping

• Orders are printed locally to your region and shipped worldwide through our fulfilment partner, Gelato.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on production and carrier schedules.
• Address changes — you may update your shipping address before your order enters production. Country changes require a new order. Please contact us promptly if you need to make a change.
• Shipping method changes — to change your shipping speed, the order must be cancelled and re-placed before printing begins.

7. Quality Guarantee

We want you to love your prints. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the listing, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible.

Our quality guarantee covers:

• Products that arrive damaged or defective (not caused by customer-provided content).
• Errors in the quantity of items received.
• Significant quality issues with printing.

Please note: Minor colour variations between your screen and the printed product are normal and fall within acceptable tolerance levels. Printing involves multiple variables (paper type, ink, calibration) that can affect colour output. These variations are not considered defects.

8. Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

9. Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or an unclaimed package, please contact us within 30 days. We will refund the product cost so you can place a new order with the correct details. Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable in this case.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of Lunari Wild or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunari Wild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
